Here are some shots from a shoot I did towards the end of 2009. I had the pleasure of photographing some of the firefighters at Eastside Fire and Rescue Station 71. One of the Lieutenant's had hired me to take a portrait of him and the guys for a holiday gift. I had never been to a fire station before so it sounded like fun to me and it was. I was like a kid in a candy store. There were so many pictures to take. They let me just wander around and snap a few shots around the station after the portrait. I was really moved by the pride they showed for their job and their house. I can't imagine doing what they do. I am in awe and have so much respect for them. I was offered a ride along some time and I can't wait to take them up on it.

Ok, I have officially fallen behind in my posting habits. I know, I know. But, I'm getting back on track and have so much to share. The last couple months of the year were full of shows and fun shoots of families, guitars, and firefighters. I will be playing catch up with my posts for awhile. So in the meantime, here are some shots from my recent trip to Sayulita, Mexico! And I promise, more frequent posts from now on...
