I just love this shot!

These were from a family portrait session I shot at the end of last year of a mother and son.  This shoot was a blast!  They really had fun with it and were up for anything.  We shot some inside the studio and then headed outside.  As we were getting out of the elevator, I just thought they looked so cool, so I bumped up the ISO and shot a couple frames with available light.  It's those unexpected shots that just make my day.  We had a lot of great shots from the shoot.

Last month I shot the Autumn/Winter 2010 clothing line for Suzabelle (see previous blog post).  Looking back I am amazed how many different looking shots we got from one location.

Went into the studio a couple weeks ago to do some lighting tests.  Ok, ok, honestly I just wanted a cupcake...

Last Friday I worked on an awesome shoot for Suzabelle clothing for their upcoming Autumn/Winter 2010 line.  Been editing all weekend and am so pleased with the shoot.   Suzanne and I have had this shoot in the works for months.  We had the location for 6 hours to shoot 15 outfits.  Wow, quite a day!  Never underestimate the power of good planning and a great team! We had Suzanne Jaberg with Suzabelle, our lovely model Maja Hansen (model mayhem #1510201), makeup artist Sara Kendall of skartistry, and my great assistant Dan Thornton.  Here's some behind the scenes shots (courtesy of Dan Thornton).  Can't wait to show you all the final images.

Saturday was a gorgeous day.  Decided to take the camera out with me around the 'hood while I ran some errands.
